Shipping costs are calculated based on total weight. The total value to be charged for your order, including shipping costs, is presented in the last step before your order is placed.

Orders may be paid by bank transfer or PayPal. Portuguese bank clients can also use Multibanco.

It depends on the final destination of the order.
In Continental Portugal, orders usually take 3 business days after the date of payment to delivery. In Portuguese Islands, it usually varies between 3 to 8 business days. Regarding orders to Europe or Rest of the World, it depends on the country and shipping process details.

Yes, but only while the payment has not been made. You must send an email to loja@terra-lusa.com with your order number and the product you want to exclude.

You can exchange an item during the 15 after the order delivery.
There are 3 cases we consider:

  • If you want to Exchange but you didn’t pay it yet
    Do another order. Don’t worry because the previous order will not be considered, since it was not paid.
  • If you want to exchange an order already paid but not delivered yet
    If you just want to exchange for another theme of the product, and not the type of product, email us with that information for loja@terra-lusa.com
  • If you want to exchange an order already paid and delivered
    After Terra Lusa receives the order back, it will analyse the quality of products. If everything is right, during the next 5 business days, you will receive an email informing you about the new order. The products are only accepted if presented in good conditions.
